Past Experiences

  • (May - August 2022)

    • Worked closely with internal stakeholders to design an application called Ceal, where users can obtain digital credentials and have complete control over the data that they share

    • Designed Ceal’s web portal for issuers which works in tandem with the mobile application that users access

    • Ensured that all platforms (Ceal app/web portal) are user-friendly and identified areas where user experience can be improved

    • Built a design system from scratch (on Figma) to ensure consistency and scalability of UI components used, boosting efficiency within the product design team

  • (July - December 2021)

    • Designed user flows and solutions to solve problem statements related to usability of the Circles.Life app

    • Understood products from a design thinking perspective to craft flows and interface elements suited to customers' wants and needs

    • Collaborated closely with product managers and engineers to take multiple product ideas from concept to delivery

    • Conducted research with product and marketing teams to identify experience improvements that were measurable and viable

    • Took ownership of several projects that improved the app’s NPS

    • Improved OR & CTR of company’s electronic direct mail with template redesign

    • Launched a "You" feature in-app, allowing users to personalise their telco experience

  • (March - May 2021)

    • Led and crafted designs for an English education technology called LALIA

    • Produced high-fidelity prototypes to communicate early ideas for the technology

    • Conducted user research and usability tests with Japanese students
